Called for take out order and was told to hold on,I was not put on hold the phone was just set down so I could here every conversation the employee was having with customers and other employees ( not very appropriate conversations) after 9 min realizing I had been forgotten, I hung up and Tried calling back, the phone was busy from 7:26 to 7:49. At 7:49 finally the phone started ringing( which means someone finally realized the phone was off the hook for 25 min. But hey the phone is ringing and I'm finally going to get my Mexican food.WRONG The phone was picked up and then hung up right away. I guess NO EL PASO for me!!!! I heard they have good food but ,poo poo service I guess I will never know.
Rarely checked on. Stake in the meal was tough. Hardly any meat in tacos. Seems to be more interested in talking to each other than customers.
Sadly we will not be back here. We have eaten here several times in the last year and until today enjoyed it. Today we stoped for lunch. Lunch was served with a long black hair embedded in the fajitas. We sent the plate back and asked for the ticket. We had lost our appetite but most likely would have eaten here again. However the manager came over and was extremely rude claiming it couldn't be from his staff and could have come from our bodies. It was more the attitude then what he said and the fact the hair was not on the food but mixed into the food. And his continued very rude and unprofessional attitude towards us as we left the restraunt.
