I haven't made any major purchases there, I usually only go for tools and lawn mower parts. But the service was always first rate! One time I went in to get a craftsman battery powered radio and they had the standard price. I told them it was on sale online. They promptly looked it up and sold it to me for the sale price. The point is, you can still get the deals you would get online but still receive friendly service.
Would have given five stars but it's a little small and they don't always have what you are looking for, but they are glad to find it online and order it for you. Overall I highly recommend shopping there even if you aren't a Craftsman fan like I am!
