Easy to get a brake tag and clean cars good
Went in at 3:30 and was told they were closing. Bright and shiny Tuesday afternoon.
Technician filled my tires with air to a dangerous level!! I adjusted my tire pressure to 35psi in each tire a few days prior to my visit to have oil changed. 2 days later when I had my family in my vehicle, I decide to check my onboard tire pressure indicator and thank God I did. Each tire was at 60psi or close to it. Over 40 psi is dangerous, so the technician put me and my family in a possible life and death situation. I will never visit another Quick Stop again!!!!!!
My wife brought our vehicle here for an oil change. After the service was done cash and a shopping list that was in the CLOSED center console was missing. She noticed and called less than an hour after leaving. Nobody there would speak to her over the phone, so she went in person. She was told that the owner would need to review the tapes, but they asked around and nobody there said they took the money. It took over a week of calling and being told the only person who could do anything is the owner for us to get a response. Finally, a manager called to say they would give us a free car wash, but that she probably just lost it. At no point did the only person who could do anything, the owner, contact us or make themselves available to speak in person or over the phone. The worst part of it all is that never once did anyone say "I'm sorry". The car wasn't even cleaned that well. If you need a bad job done by careless people, look no further than quick stop car wash.
I brought my truck in and got the "Royal car wash". When I got my truck back it still was dirty, the glass was not clean and the inside was vaccumed horribly. I called and the manager offered me a gift card for the carwash equal to the value of what I paid or a free wash but no refund cold be given. I washed my trucks the same day after i paid the 60.00$ because it was done so poorly. Please save your money and go some where else.
